We understand that unforeseen events can happen. We simply ask for at least 24 hours' notice in the event of a cancellation or to reschedule a session. This allows us to reorganize our schedule efficiently. Sessions cancelled with sufficient notice can be rescheduled at no extra cost.

Holiday periods are actually an ideal time for academic catch-up, as students can focus on their learning gaps without the pressure of daily homework and ongoing exams.
